Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Market Eyes Live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including free accounts, trial users, and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Market Eyes Live is a real-time mortgage rate intelligence platform that provides:

• Live market data including Treasury yields, MBS prices, and economic indicators
• Rate scoring models and lock/float recommendations
• Reprice alerts and early warning signals
• AI-powered market analysis tools

All data is sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, FRED, etc.) and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New accounts receive a 48-hour free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, continued Pro access requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $79/year, billed annually (save 34%)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
• Share access credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, scoring models, and design elements of Market Eyes Live are owned by Market Eyes Live and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or current. Market data can be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable due to third-party data provider issues outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Eyes Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from lock/float decisions made using our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
