What is Market Eyes Live?

Market Eyes Live is an educational market research app with two zones. For investors, it scores U.S. stocks and ETFs from 0 to 100 across eight factors, with educational trade plan context, a paper trading Sim and a track record. For loan officers, advisors and homeowners, "Lock Radar" reads mortgage rate lock versus float timing across three closing windows, alongside mortgage bond, 10 year Treasury and economic calendar context and reprice alerts.

Everything in the app is educational model output. It is not investment, financial, or mortgage advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, lock, or float. Always consult a licensed professional before acting.

Frequently asked questions

How do I subscribe to Pro?

Open the paywall from the crown / "Upgrade to Pro" button in the menu or Settings. On iPhone, billing is handled by Apple (In-App Purchase): Pro Monthly is $9.99/month and Pro Annual is $85/year, with a one month free introductory offer for eligible new subscribers. On the website, Pro is $9.99/month or $79/year through Stripe. New accounts also get a 30 day free Pro trial with no payment details required.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or in the app: Settings → Subscription). A subscription billed by Apple renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends. Website subscriptions can be cancelled from your account settings on the website.

I already paid. How do I restore my purchase?

On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open the menu → Profile & preferences → Danger zone → Delete account and confirm. On the desktop website, open Profile & settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and your data right away, and cancels a subscription billed on the website. If the erase is interrupted, anything left is erased within 24 hours. It cannot be undone. Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel that first in your Apple ID subscription settings.

How do I turn off analytics?

Tap Do Not Sell or Share in the bar at the bottom of the app and choose "No thanks". The app works the same either way. Our Privacy Policy explains what this does and does not turn off.

Where does the data come from?

Company fundamentals are computed by our MELANY engine from SEC EDGAR filings. Market and rate data come from third party providers including Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq, Finnhub, CNBC, FRED, Freddie Mac and CoinGecko, among others. Data may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or incorrect.
