What is Market Eyes Live?
Market Eyes Live is an educational market-intelligence app with two zones. For investors, it scores any US stock 0–100 across eight components with educational trade-plan context and a track record. For loan officers and advisors, "Lock Radar" reads mortgage rate lock-versus-float timing across three horizons, alongside MBS, 10-Year Treasury, and economic-calendar context and reprice alerts.
Everything in the app is educational model output — it is not investment, financial, or mortgage advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, lock, or float. Always consult a licensed professional before acting.
Frequently asked questions
How do I subscribe to Pro?
Open the paywall from the crown / "Upgrade to Pro" button in the menu or Settings. On iPhone, billing is handled by Apple (In-App Purchase): Pro Monthly is $14.99/month and Pro Annual is $149/year, with a 1-month free introductory offer for eligible new subscribers.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or in the app: Settings → Subscription). A subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the menu → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Where does the data come from?
Market and rate data come from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, FRED, Freddie Mac PMMS, Zillow, and Tax Foundation, among others. Data may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or incorrect.
