Altria is made up of Philip Morris USA, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco, John Middleton, Horizon Innovations, and Helix Innovations. Its tobacco subsidiaries hold the leading position in US cigarettes and smokeless tobacco and the number-two position in machine-made cigars, and its Marlboro brand led US cigarettes with a 40% share in 2024. Altria also holds an 8% interest in brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev and a 41% stake in cannabis maker Cronos.
